Amelia was born and raised right here in Otsego County and is a proud SUNY Oneonta alumni. You will often find this life enthusiast hiking, chasing food trucks, and adventuring with her doggo Olaf. Her passion for yoga started when she took her first hot class with our very own Sonia Shultis, at Murphy House. Her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style is accompanied with some groovy tunes and some Dad jokes to make everyone laugh. Her favorite place is anywhere people are gathered to sweat, breath, and break boundaries together.
