About the event
This monthly all-levels FREE restorative yoga class is taught by, and for, the queer/trans community. We will focus on building embodied self and community care in this one-hour practice with the use of gentle stretching and yoga props. No previous experience necessary. Masks required. Yoga mats and props provided at the studio.
