No-Show / Late Cancels:

No-show and Late Cancelations are subject to a $10 service fee. All cancelations must be made no less than 6 hours before class start. Doors are locked precisely at the start of class, late arrivals are not allowed and considered a No-show.

Repeated no show and late cancels are subject to termination of eligibility for unlimited membership

All memberships are non-transferable, and no holds or refunds permitted.

Infrared Sauna is available at your discretion. After class (Drop-In) use is first come first served shared session, up to four people at a time. Appointments for a private session must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling 607-524-8882
