Monthly and Student Monthly Unlimited Memberships must be canceled via email at least 14 days in advance of next billing cycle. No refunds are permitted without written request to cancel.

No-Show / Late Cancels:

No-show and Late Cancelations are subject to a $10 service fee. All cancelations must be made no less than 6 hours before class start. Doors are locked precisely at the start of class, late arrivals are not allowed and considered a No-show.

Repeated no show and late cancels are subject to termination of eligibility for unlimited membership
All memberships are non-transferable, and no holds or refunds permitted.
infrared sauna + steam room
Sauna and Steam Room are available at your discretion. After class use is first come first served shared session, up to four in the sauna and two in the steam. Appointments for a private session must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
