A Path to Deepening Self-Discovery and Service

Our 2025 Yoga Teacher Training program is now accepting applications, and we invite you to join a conference call to explore whether this program could be a meaningful addition to your personal and professional journey. While the title "Teacher Training" suggests a focus on teaching physical asanas (yoga poses) in studio settings, this program takes a different approach. Though we'll cover the physical postures and how to safely sequence for yourself and others, it will not be the central focus of our journey. The core focus of this training is integrating the wisdom of yoga philosophy into your life and work. If you are a social worker, teacher, therapist, or someone who works in helping professions, this training will help you build a sustainable practice of self-discovery, mindfulness, and care that can deeply enrich your work with others. Through the study of yoga philosophy and Ayurveda, we’ll engage in meaningful discussions and practices that help connect ancient teachings to the challenges and opportunities you face in your daily life and career. This program is not just about learning from textbooks; it's about creating a community of learners, exchanging ideas, and exploring how yoga can be a tool for personal transformation and a source of strength in the work of social service. This work will start on the personal level and grow into a professional tool as you learn to share yoga in a way that your clients and community can more readily receive. In this training, you will: - Explore key concepts of yoga philosophy, including mindfulness, energetics, and balance, and how they can enhance your self-awareness and well-being. - Learn how to incorporate yogic principles into your existing work with clients, students, or communities to foster growth, resilience, and empowerment. - Dive into Ayurveda, an ancient practice of holistic health, and discover how it can help you cultivate greater self-care, understanding, and purpose in your daily life. - Take these tools and learn to share them with your community This training is designed for individuals on a path of integrating self-discovery, collective wisdom, and service. If you’re looking to deepen your knowledge of yoga as a tool to facilitate this path on a personal and/or professional level, join us for this free informational session. You'll complete the training with the tools you need to contribute to the accessibility and relevance of yoga outside of studios and classrooms—bringing its wisdom into the everyday spaces where it’s needed most.
