2025 Yoga Teacher Training: A Path to Deepening Self-Discovery and Service

Our 2025 Yoga Teacher Training program is now accepting applications, and we invite you to join a conference call to explore whether this program could be a meaningful addition to your personal and professional journey.

While the title "Teacher Training" suggests a focus on teaching physical asanas (yoga poses) in studio settings, this program takes a different approach. Though we'll cover the physical postures and how to safely sequence for yourself and others, it will not be the central focus of our journey. The core focus of this training is integrating the wisdom of yoga philosophy into your life and work. If you are a social worker, teacher, therapist, or someone who works in helping professions, this training will help you build a sustainable practice of self-discovery, mindfulness, and care that can deeply enrich your work with others.
