Death Cafe for Pet Parents and Friends

Are you a pet parent or friend with questions, insights, or reflections on death and dying? We invite you to a unique and inclusive Death Cafe at Yoga People Oneonta on 15 January at 7:00pm.

Speaking about death and dying in our culture can be challenging, and having these conversations about our pets can be even more marginalizing. A Death Cafe is an opportunity to sit in a community where conversations about death and dying are welcome and encouraged. While we may touch upon grief, this event will not be an opportunity to process grief.

This event is facilitated by Michelle, an Animal Companion End-of-Life Doula, Grief Educator, and Animal Chaplain in training.
