About Chloe Diamond-Lenow
Chloe (she/they) has over 10 years of experience teaching restorative, yin, and vinyasa yoga. Their teachings emphasize linking mind to body and heart to intention. Her classes inspire her students to bring their whole selves to their classes—hearts, roots, shadows, and dreams—and leave with a deeper connection—inside and out. Chloe’s teaching is grounded in trauma-informed and body liberationist approaches. They hold a PhD in Feminist Studies from the University of California Santa Barbara and various yoga certifications from CorePower Yoga and Janet Stone Yoga
