Victoria Tarbell

Victoria is passionate about all aspects of health and wellness. Her teaching method is designed to support practitioners in finding physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. Victoria is motivated and inspired to support practitioners at all levels in self-exploration, mindful living, and connectedness.

Victoria’s initial yoga training consisted of a foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, Ayurvedic medicine, and the yoga styles of Vinyasa Flow and the Ashtanga Primary Series.

Music You May Hear with Victoria

Students can expect a variety in Victoria’s class. Many of her current playlists are curated by student recommendations and future playlists will be just the same- Victoria is always ready to receive new suggestions! Classes will typically start with some slow, relaxing music to support grounding and centeredness, but once we start flowing, the tunes will pick up to match our movements.

To me, yoga is all about finding connection, whatever that may mean to someone. Maybe it’s connection to the self, community, nature, a higher power, a moment in time…it can be ANYTHING. A lot of the work that I do outside of teaching (personally and professionally) holds these same ideals: where and how do we find connection? Every time that we step onto our mats, our answers become more clear.
