200hr YTT

The 200hr YTT is the foundational standard for all modern, western yoga teachers. But....anyone can teach yoga. The certification exists as a function of modern day standardization but truly, you are already equipped to teach yoga. This training is better described as a Yoga Study- an expansive dive into the depths of the teachings as they are written in classic texts, passed down through specific lineages, and adapted with evolving technologies.

This training is for you.

Many folks will embark on this journey with the desire to deepen their own practice, but along the way you will become certified by the Yoga Alliance to offer public and private yoga sessions should you choose. Some will use the tools they acquire to augment their roles as service providers, doctors, PTs, LMTs, teachers, and coaches. Others will adapt the tools to provide more robust relationships with family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors. All will have the opportunity to apply the teachings in a deeply personal way, catalyzing and supporting meaningful transformation. This is an opportunity to go inward, to uncover personal power, to realign actions with intentions, and to reclaim balance. And best of all, it is just the beginning.

Training Schedule:

One weekend/month in person + weekly virtual discussions. Timing is flexible within reason but all missed hours must be made up prior to certification.
