About the event
Join Kelsie for a special exploration into some of the deeply restorative practices of yoga. When we look to nature, the winter is comprised of soft, dark stillness. While intended to be deeply rejuvenating, this season can cause unrest when we get lost or stuck in it. The harder we hold on, the more upside down we become. Using the tools of various yoga practices, we have the opportunity to recalibrate and align with those things that are most important to us, drawing on them for inspiration to see the winter through and prepare for the fresh opportunities of spring and summer to come. This offering weaves together practices of Meditation, Pranayama, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra along a backdrop of Mantra and Sound Journey. No experience necessary, but for those new to any of these practices you can expect a calm, dreamlike experience tapping into the stillness of winter…
