About the event

To Harvest is to gather the fruits of a labor or seasonal growth; it describes the process of tending to and collecting goods for enjoying, storing, and nourishing. This special 4-week immersion was created with the intent of harvesting the wisdom of a yogic lifestyle; to grow and nurture your yoga practice as it comes to life off the mat; to uncover the deeper knowing already within. Each week you will learn from a different lens so that you can begin to look at your daily practice from different angles and apply yoga - in the greater sense of the word - to a changing reality. We are living in an epoch of wild and unpredictable change, a much needed time to tune into a deeper understanding of yoga and sharpen the tools of self-regulation, care, and balance. This course will offer a context to help shape your understanding of yoga so that you can create your own attainable and accessible practice without needing to step foot on the mat or into the studio (although...those things are nice too!). By living yoga as a lifestyle, you will discover ways to sustain this lifelong practice and lean into the abundance of balance and ease that it offers. This mini-training will take place in the Community Room adjacent to our studio- space is limited! For more information, please contact Kelsie at hello@yogapeopleoneonta.com
