Kelsie (she/her) is a locally grown gal who left town for adventure abroad and beyond but returned for the magic of our little city in the hills. With an athletic spirit and passion for expression through movement, it was the physical practice of yoga that first drew her in. Over time, Kelsie began to seek the solace offered in the stillness between movements and a deeper practice unfolded.
Kelsie has been studying yoga and bodywork since 2014, accumulating over 1500 training hours and 2000 teaching hours to earn certifications as a Licensed Massage Therapist, E-RYT500, and soon, IAYT certified Yoga Therapist. Kelsie is passionate about creating approachable, intentional offerings that encourage individuals to look inward for strength, peace, and pleasure. An Ayurveda Enthusiast, her public and private classes are informed primarily by this ancient science of wellbeing and the precise application of asana, pranayama, sadhana, and sound to create a container for balance and a return to our natural state of ease.
Outside the studio, you can find Kelsie around town eating good food, renovating old houses with her hubby, or strolling with her chunky baby girl and their pooch Argus.
